This Privacy Policy explains how AI Room Design, operated by Yuan Liu Yang, handles personal data when you browse the site, create an account, upload room images, plan a space, generate an AI design, purchase credits or contact support.

Data we collect

• Design content: room photos, floor plans, prompts, project data, generated images and related settings.
• Billing records: order, subscription, currency, tax and payment-status metadata. Card or wallet credentials are handled by the payment provider, not stored by us in full.
• Technical and usage data: IP address, browser, device, pages and features used, timestamps, diagnostics and security logs.
• Communications: support messages, feedback and evidence you choose to include.

Why we use it

We process data to provide and secure the service, run AI tasks, save projects, complete purchases, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, meet legal obligations and improve product reliability. Where required, optional analytics or marketing technologies are used only with an appropriate choice or consent.

AI providers and other processors

To deliver a requested generation, relevant prompts and uploaded images may be sent to the selected AI provider. We also use infrastructure, storage, authentication, email, analytics and payment processors. They receive only the data needed for their role and may process it in other countries under applicable safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and deletion

Project files and generated assets are kept according to the retention period shown for your plan or account. Operational logs, transaction records and fraud evidence may be kept longer when needed for security, accounting or law. You can delete projects and may request account deletion in security settings. Deletion does not remove records we must retain, nor copies already processed by an independent provider under its lawful rules.

Security, cookies and children

We use access controls, encrypted transport and monitoring, but no online system is risk-free. Necessary cookies support sign-in, security and preferences; optional measurement tools follow local consent rules. The service is not directed to children who cannot lawfully consent in their location.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and may withdraw consent where consent is the basis.
