Terms of Service | AI Room Design

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern your use of AI Room Design, operated by Yuan Liu Yang. By using the service, you agree to them. You must be legally able to enter this agreement; if you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you can bind it.

Accounts and service

Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate billing information. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our failure. The service includes room-photo redesign, planning, project storage and AI generation features. Features, models and limits can change as the product and third-party providers evolve.

Your uploads and AI outputs

You retain rights you already hold in room photos, plans, prompts and other material you upload. You grant us and necessary processors a limited permission to host, transform and transmit that material only to operate, secure and improve the requested service. Do not upload content you lack permission to use.

Subject to law and third-party model terms, you may use generated outputs for lawful personal or commercial purposes. AI results can be inaccurate, visually inconsistent or similar to other results. Verify dimensions, ownership, safety and suitability before construction, purchasing, publication or professional use.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, create abusive or deceptive material, exploit minors, distribute malware, bypass limits, reverse engineer protected systems or interfere with other users. We may restrict content or access when reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention or legal compliance.

Credits, subscriptions and cancellation

Prices, taxes, credit costs, renewal intervals and plan limits are shown at checkout. AI tasks consume the displayed credits. Credits used for a successfully delivered task are normally spent; failed tasks are designed to restore the related credits. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can cancel through billing settings or the payment provider; cancellation normally stops future renewals and does not itself refund prior charges.

Availability and account closure

We may maintain, change or discontinue features and cannot guarantee uninterrupted provider availability. We may suspend or close accounts for serious or repeated violations, fraud, security risk or legal requests. You may delete your account, but should cancel active subscriptions first because account deletion does not automatically reverse provider billing or past purchases.

Disclaimers and liability

The service and AI outputs are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be reflected by an updated date or notice where appropriate. Current support options are displayed in the site footer or your account.
